When will my account be charged for my Magnat order?
Credit cards and PayPal are only charged, once the order is prepared in the warehouse for delivery, but we may authorise the card when the order is placed. For Klarna orders, it depends on the payment preference that is selected at check out.
What do I do if my credit card is not accepted?
You can choose another payment method or contact our Sales Team for other options.
Can I purchase a Magnat E-Gift or physical gift-card?
We do not offer gift cards at the moment.
Can I use more than one discount code on my order?
Discounts and promotion codes can not be combined.
How do I use the discount code?
Before finalising your order you will be able to enter your discount code. Discounts and promotion codes are not eligible on limited edition products and cannot be combined with other offers and promotions. Other Terms & Conditions may apply.
Are the prices including all taxes?
All prices mentioned in the web shop are inclusive of V.A.T.
Will I receive a VAT invoice?
A VAT invoice will be provided via the email address you provide after your order has been placed. This invoice should be used for all VAT refund and reporting purposes. The invoice will include the Magnat VAT Registration Number.
When will my order arrive?
- Orders for in-stock items placed before 2:00 PM on working days are delivered free of charge within 3–5 business days.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
How will my order be delivered?
- Small parcels are delivered by DHL.
- Pallet shipments are handled by a specialized logistics partner.
Our shipping process
- For insurance reasons, carriers are not authorized to carry packages upstairs or remove packaging.
- We only take orders for products in stock. We can notify you when the product is back.
- Our Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to all deliveries.
Delivery costs
- Standard delivery is free within your region.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM are eligible for next-day delivery.
Can I change my delivery address?
- Delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed. You will need to cancel and place a new order. Please contact our Sales Team.
How can I check my order status?
- You can check your order status by logging into your account and visiting the Orders section, or by using the tracking link provided in your dispatch email.
- Tracking details may take 1–2 working days to become available.
What if I am not at home during delivery?
- DHL will attempt delivery a second time.
- If unsuccessful, your order will be delivered to a nearby DHL pick-up point.
Will my order require a signature?
- Yes, a signature is required upon delivery by DHL.
Missing, incomplete or damaged orders
- My order has not arrived: Check your order status online or contact Customer Care with your order number.
- Incomplete order: Some items may arrive separately. If items are missing, please contact Customer Care with your order number.
- Damaged product: Return the item to us via for a refund. Start a return through our contact form.
